Every step of production — from fabric receiving through final inspection — happens under one roof in Dongguan. No subcontracted sewing. In-house print, embroidery and wash. Audited by over 2,000 brands and open to client visits.

A founder came in with a Sp5der moodboard and a sketch of a puff-print hoodie. We sampled three versions, tuned the rhinestone density on round two, and shipped their first 50-piece drop a week before their launch. They’re now running four seasonal collections a year with us.
A Paris label wanted a custom 12 oz rope-dye denim with three acid-wash treatments, three fits, on a three-month deadline to catch fashion week. Four wash trials, one lab dip, 300-piece bulk shipped air-express the week before opening.
A university outfitting 30 sports teams came to us after two other factories failed on the letterman jackets — wrong chenille supplier, skewed body panels. We re-cut the pattern, switched chenille houses, and shipped 900 pieces across 18 sizes in five weeks.
